 No. We at Scott's Home Design use your contact information only for completing your order and possibly updating you on future specials. We are always working to give the best deals of the high quality homes our customers expect.

What if I order the wrong plan on accident? |
| We personally call each future homeowner to assure that they ordered what they intended to order. After the plans are shipped the transaction is considered complete. If the error is not noticed until the plans are received, please see our return policy. |

Can I return a plan? |
| We allow for refunds in situations we feel necessary. If the package has been opened, then the plans may be exchanged but not refunded. If the plan that is received is the same as the one ordered then the person who ordered (or person responsible for order) is responsible for returning the unmarked undamaged plans and indicating which set of plans they would like to receive in its place. There will be a fee assessed for the exchange in the amount of 20% of the sale price of the original item. This fee will be added to the difference between the original plans and the new plans. We reserve the right to waive these fees. |

How long does it take to ship my plans? |
| We ship our plans within 48 hours of receiving payment. We wait for all checks to be cleared before shipment (within 10 business days). We call to confirm all orders before shipment. |

Can I make changes to an existing plan? |
| Yes. To have any changes done to a plan you must request a quote as you purchase a plan by email all plan alteration requests to changes@scotthon.com. You will be sent an estimate. In some situations certain changes cannot be made for (i.e. if it causes problems with the structure). |

What comes with your plans? |
| Our plans include all the major instructions to construct a house such as: Floor Plan, Elevations (Four sides), Foundation, Electrical plan, Framing plan, Details, Cross-section and when applicable site plan. We have many contractors in the valley that we use who use these plans. The majority of the plans in our Library are already built. |

Can I see the completed houses? |
| Due to issues of privacy the addresses are not given. When available we can show pictures of completed homes. |

Will I need to do anything else to get this plan passed off to build? |
| Each area differs in requirements. We do not guarantee that these plans will go thru perfectly in every area; but remember each of them has passed thru its respective community requirements and has obtained a permit. In some areas an engineer's stamp is needed. |

Can I order the Plans reversed? |
| Yes. We offer totally mirrored plans. With us you don't need to worry about the text. We mirror that for you as well! |

Can I buy a plan and have it changed locally? |
| Yes. To have the plan changed by another company the ACAD file needs to be purchased. The most efficient way to have your plans changed is to have Scott's Design do the changes. To do that purchase the number of plans you need and then inform us of what changes you wish to make. See the section on making changes. |

Can I use this site to show to my clients? |
This site give you the chance to get quality plans in a fraction of the time and it still costs about half as much as a custom plan made from scratch. Please keep in mind that the actual purpose of the site is to increase our business. If you want to show your clients our excellent house plans via our site it can be a resource for you. All contractors have limited permission to use this. The ownership and name of Scott's Home Design and any rights and privileges associate with this site remain the sole property of Scott's Home Design. This can be a great resource. See conditions of use.
